The revolution in talent tech has had vast ramifications: a proliferation of point solutions, robust end-to-end systems that fail to evolve at a quick enough pace to keep up with current tech trends, and frustrated HR / Talent leaders trying to satisfy the needs across all involved stakeholders: business leaders, teams, employees, vendors.
